Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lucki$ells. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us through our contact page.

Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
